U23s Friendly at Bury Off

Saturday’s U23s friendly at Bury Town has been postponed, the West Suffolk club has announced.

The match was one of two the Blues are playing at the Denny Brothers Stadium this pre-season with Tuesday’s first-team fixture still going ahead.

That game, which kicks off at 7.30pm, is sold out.

That's two called off. I assumed tonight's with Lowestoft was because of the England Seni and so no one would be turning up. The Bury game is the day before any potential final appearance and as it's sold out unlike with the Lowestoft game there would be no financial reason. Maybe COVID cases in squads? Neither were first team games so it's not like we couldn't field a side.
