Has Didz stayed healthy all season? Remarkable.

Barnsley are a team to watch. They have got a tough gig in March they have the majority of the top teams but for me they look poised and dangerous.

If we look after our fixtures in March we will be the team to watch....... Let's get March underway.

Barnsley and Plymouth are the contenders for 2nd place with us now it seems Sheff Wed are gone. We need to build a buffer over Barnsley in March so that when we play them they are the team that needs a result and has the pressure on them. Top 2 is still on but we need form AND results now until end of the season, but we are more than capable and whatever happens our young manager will be better for challenging, as will the Club, whatever league we are in next season as we continue to build.
PS: no one made a fuss when we picked him up, but imo Luongo might make the difference for us

Pompey have turned it round with their new manager. 12 points from 15 last 5 games since he took charge.

As someone else has said , WE have to beat Barnsley , Bolton and Derby and hope Plymouth falter again (they've got to do it 2-3 times more). Those two dropped points against Plymouth look huge now don't they!!

Apart from the first ten or so games we've been very inconsistent and i can't see things changing. We seem to lack the resilience of a team capable of automatic promotion. Take Saturday although taking the lead in the first half we were poor lacking intensity and making a very poor MK Dons team look half decent. The second half was much better and we went up a gear pressed much better and showed more intensity. This im afraid has been the story of our season. The next two home games on paper look easy but on grass things seem to get much harder.

Its all about current form, Burton's is better than ours, it won't be if we win on Saturday.

Barnsley didn't play? I always like to have the points in the bag rather than playing catch up with games to play...

Linkboy13. We're u there on Saturday? Doesn't sound like it. We certainly weren't poor, and didn't make them look good at all. Yes, thry played some decent football at times, but, other than the 1st half incident, they were no threat whatsoever. Never felt more comfortable with us having just a 1-0 lead. Had it not been for their keeper, it'd have been 4 or 5-0. No, if wasnt a thrill a minute type game, but then once again, when out of possession, they immediately had all 10 behind the ball, so was never likely to be.

it seems to be tricky, but really not fussed about other teams in any shape or form. We do what we do. End of.
