Bent, who has scored seven goals in nine substitute appearances for Peter Taylor's team, is joined by former team-mate Darren Ambrose in the party. Also included are two of Joe Royle's loan targets from earlier in the season, Arsenal's Justin Hoyte and Middlesbrough's Stewart Downing. Neither Ian Westlake nor Matt Richards have received calls, having been in previous squads.
