Keeper coach Andy Rhodes will spend a week working with Bundesliga side Bayern Munich this summer. Rhodes's opposite number at Bayern is 1974 World Cup winner Sepp Maier, while their current first choice is Oliver Kahn.

Canadian midfielder Jaime Peters has been granted a new work permit until 2010. The 20-year-old has already agreed to sign a new contract with the Blues, which also runs for three years.

Martin Brittain will not be offered a permanent deal by Yeovil Town, according to reports in Somerset. Brittain, who spent much of the season on loan at Huish Park, has been released by the Blues with his contract up at the end of June.
