No Second Appeal Fri 16th Feb 2001 12:53 Reports this afternoon are now claiming that there will be no second appeal against Marcus Stewart's sending off. This morning stories suggested that the FA were to allow Town another attempt to overturn the ban, but this now seems not to be the case. |
South Stand News Fri 16th Feb 2001 11:00 The work on the South Stand continues apace with the roof work now well in progress. The club say that "structural steel and purlins now forming a lattice effect across the whole roof of the new stand." whatever that means (any builders out there able to give more info on what purlins are?). |

Appeal Rejected! Thu 15th Feb 2001 11:54 Marcus Stewart's appeal over his red card against Leeds has been turned down by the FA Advisory Committee. He will now miss the games against Everton, Bradford and Aston Villa and won't have a game for the five weeks from last Saturday until March 17th. |
