Town boss Paul Jewell says allowing striker Tamás Priskin to go out on loan to Swansea without replacing him was a “calculated risk”. Priskin has joined the Swans for the remainder of the season with the possibility that the deal could become permanent.

The 41-year-old was sacked by the Blues in April 2009 and subsequently issued a High Court writ against the club to try to recover £352,083.33 in lost earnings from his contract which was up at the end of June last year.
