Brilliant performance from Christian Walton, what a great goalkeeper he is. Impressed too with Donacien and Celina for that wondergoal. Bonne has been outstanding this season but that was a poor match from him.

A win but worrying.
We are starting to look like a Paul Lambert team.
The manager bigging up the other team beforehand and passing sideways and backwards in the match.
Too many having a break. Not sure what Fraser and Evans offer the team in terms of going forwards.
Clements had a better game but with only one foot he is always going to be limited.

Really don’t understand subbing Chaplin. He’s the most effective no.10 we have. I think we need to see him with Pigott for 2/3 games because Bonne has gone off a bit.

Got away with another tactically clueless performance thanks to moments of individual quality. No urgency, outworked on and off the ball again. Too many players here for an easy ride, getting overpaid for third division mediocrity.

Where is our high press with this formation. No intensify. Come on coaching staff what is going on. If playing 4231 our full backs should be like wingers well they are not. We're playing safe and creating very little. For gods sake me COOK try something else!

Why is Clements still playing? Every attack came down that side. I like Fraser always looking to make something happen and works hard, for me Morsy is a big disappointment I had high hopes! An own goal and worldy separated us from the mighty Crewe… felt more like a loss today.

Not a lot to warm the fans on a cold afternoon. Celinas goal was a highlight! Plucky Crewe stuck at it and could have won it with a bit more quality finishing.

Walton MOM for me today.

Should be putting these games to bed very early on so its pleasing that the three points deservedly stayed at Portman Road. Bersant for EFL goal of the season?

So we hung on a bit at times in the second half due to not taking any of the many chances that got created however let’s focus on the positives; we got a confidence building thee points and witnessed the goal of the season from Bersant Celina. For that strike he gets my MOM. Aluko would have got it otherwise. Desperately hoping that this will be the start of a long unbeaten run 😁

Chaplin was excellent but got taken off possibly because he worked hard and set an example to the rest of the team that they didn't follow. Clements who looked out of his depth against Rotherham kept getting caught out of position and was responsible for the goal.

Don't know what on earth Cook is playing at! This was the ideal game for Piggot either to start or given 20 mins. Bonne has been great but is off colour so i'd started with Piggot and Chaplin. But Cook can't seem to bring himself to play 442 even though he plays defensive FBs!

Despite his good performance, Walton's kicking is still not good enough. High kicks don't give Bonne a chance so surely throwing would be better. However I've not been too impressed with Morsy who goes for the easy back/sideways pass. He looked a much better player before he signed so surely time to try El Miz.
