Grea to see that our sell on clause of defenders scoring for us is being honoured again!

Ipswich outstanding, from front to back and particularly across the middle. The defence looked more solid with Jacob Greaves at left back

Ref kept the game humming throughout - on another day we would have had six and deserved it. Such was the conviction of out team with the situation. Clarkey was a thron in their side all the time. made Coventry look very ordinary.

Walton won't get plaudits for this game, but he dominated the air, big difference.
Clarke superb and revels in the away games,Greaves looks good away from home at LB. Egeli looks as though he needs ago at the 10 with more freedom to move, Azon i think is a sub not a starter, so we need Akpom to start thursday.
So much more energy today, much more like the capability we have

Did Cov even get into our area or half in the 1st 45 mins?
But for a cracking save we'd have been 1up in first half

1st 15 mins of 2nd half we let them back in, but their play was hoof and long throw
other than that, they didn't turn up

Goals were just what was needed after the pressure we'd put on and Burns ... well... welcome back Wes

Good to see Fat Frank had the 2 shortest players marking Greaves, who for the first half, was a winger

Great performance all round however Clarke was unplayable at times, Greaves was excellent and Nunez got another couple of assists! Very enjoyable!

Three tens from me plus a 10 for the ref. Outstanding from us and a really good Championship game between two sides who want to play proper football.

What a team performance against the league leaders. All 11 starters put in an incredible performance and we dominated for most of the match.

Greaves did really well however when we play the likes of Oxford and Portsmouth who will park the bus then we will need Leif’s attacking flare. That was the best game I have seen Furlong have. He kept Mason Clark very quiet. Kipre was again sensational both defensively and also in a creating / attacking way.

Our centre midfielders won their battle comprehensively and provided great cover defensively and also supported in attack. Another match where Azor avoided a yellow card.

Up front Clarke was outstanding and looked dangerous most times he had the ball. Such a shame there does not appear to be a way to play both him and Philogene at the same time. Nunez got two assists without having his best match however continues to cement his place in the starting line up. Azon huffed and puffed well and was everywhere however still seems to lack that killer instinct to score when he starts. And last but not least having Wes back is like getting a late Christmas present! Having him and Egeli competing on the right and pushing one another could be a game changer for the team.
