didnt go to match ,listened to radio, feel that we were a bit fortunate to hang on to a point ,but i am not knocking performance. It probably takes a bit of heat off Jewell but i dont see it as a ''get out of jail card ''.Some tough times ahead . COYB .

Credit where it's due - good point.

When you are within 10 minutes of holding out for a win - it has to be done.

Lots of excellent, correct words, and opinion from Mick Mills on Radio Suffolk again.
Absolute Legend - knows his stuff.

Just a thought - Charlie Austin !!!!! - anyone remember saying he was too much of a gamble ?? - doubt it somehow.

Relegation form. Scrapping for single points here and there is not the way forward. Desperate times; no solution on the horizon.

...... and how about George Boyd and Peterborough succeeding - where we failed !!.

Barnsley - so great ???

Considering recent form who wouldn't have taken a point tonight? If we can put in a determined performance on Saturday maybe confidence will return and we can fight our way out of trouble?

H32 , you took the words out of my mouth. Was just telling my son about how right Mick Mills was with all his points. Agree with you the man is a legend. Nice to hear a much better display from the boys. Lets hope we take the impetus into Saturday's televised match.

A draw is not good enough & we are still bottom 2 PJ Has to go soon. We need to start winning.

great to get a point, nice to see Josh Carson getting a run out tonight, it would be good to see both Carson and Hyam starting on Saturday, youth, pace and width and desire and hunger to wear the ITFC jersey.

...... whatever anyone says, Saturday is a 'must win' game at this point.

The lunatics are already predicting promotion - I ask you ? - where do these people come from ??.

Good performance and will take a point just a shame we couldn't get 3, as mentioned still some strange results going on and Posh have won 2 on the bounce tightening up the relegation positions.

A surprising yet welcome point. Sounded on the radio that we matched them too. Its a small step in the right direction however defeat against Cardiff will undo all tonights good work. We need to start winning games as we need to get out of the bottom 3 ASAP. Jewell still has much to do to convince me he shouldn't be removed from his position, but IF he is to turn it around, we have just witnessed the start of that process.

Nice point, away to the top side. We've already played five of the top eight, six come Saturday. Not the easiest of starts but the last two games have provided stability. A win's not far away and we should begin to climb to our usual heady heights of, er, lower mid-table.

Good point, real shame we didnt hold onto the lead.
h32 - good first post, shame u spoilt it with the second, thats the beauty/pain in the ass of this league anyone can beat anyone.
We have stopped the rot but agree we must now build on it and start notching up some wins. Two points from two away games is ok, no points from two at home isnt.

I Think PJ Will go soon but when? We need someone who can get the team winning. Draws/Losses are not good enough.

The Championship is dreadfully inconsistent with results defying logic week in week out.
I think the last 2 draws may have stopped the rot for Town, we now need to push on against Cardiff and show much more of a killer instinct.
I would have taken tonights result before the game started, well done lads!

if you draw every away game, and win every home game, you wont go far wrong. These last two results are just fine. I want PJ to stay until at least late in the season.

Good point last night, a fair result in the end. Well done. A must win game now on saturday.

Thought we played well last night ,we are still looking nervous but that comes from a team not winning .Brighton are a well organised side which is why they are top of the league but we worked hard all over the pitch and could have come away with three points .
Higginbotham seems to have done a real job in settling down the whole team and i thought Chambers was outstanding .
Edwards was excellent going forward but still scares me when teams attack down the left due to his positional sense . NDaw was a big man in the middle of the park and adds the steel we have been missing for years which gives Edwrads and Cresswell more luxury to roam forward . Still have doubts over Drury at this level ,didnt really take hold of the game like he was at the end of last year .Murphy was good especially adding aerial threat we again have been missing and took his goal well and looks to be getting back to his form from the end of last year ,buts needs to be consistent .And then there is JET brilliant at times and can create out of nothing but seems to forget he is on a football pitch at times ,definately a match winner on his day and he worked well with Edwards but for me still needs to do more .
2 away points when we have played a lot better and come away with nothing recently are a good positive step forward and those dismissing them should maybe attend some games

before the game i was guilty of thinking... 'ill take a point tonight'
but as we got into it i felt more and more confident we were going to hold on.
the defence kep a good line for the majority of the night, and bloacked at least 5 shots that i can remember. we still looked a bit niave as people were slid through with a pass between the CB's and the LB/RB.
carlos had a very good game which was in no doubt helped by the fact that JEt done alot of tracking back and helped!
moving forward we looked OK. martin was out of sorts, and chopra still looks like a kid on his first day at nursary without having a big man up front with hijm ! he is redundant in the air and there is noone through the middle able to play that decisive pass that he NEEEDS!
paul jewell still looks like his doesnt consider his opponent and is tactically unaware.
im gutted we didnt get all 3 last night. and it does put alot more pressure on saturdays game. but if PJ gets it right (dont hold out much hope) then we do have the quality to turn cardiff over, especially considering out impressive form against the welshmen.
onwards and upwards!

having a pint with James Beattie last week who's not playing, so whay are we not looking at people like him who want a game and can score to pull us out of this dire state of affairs.

my money is on we get relegated with PJ still holding the fort as ME doent want to pay him the compo

Bobblehat - agree with you - just a reminder though that I always speak the truth, please or offend.

Some people on here need reminders of certain things i.e. the Charlie Austin doubters and knockers, at a time when we looked like signing him.
Would have been a fantastic signing for this Club - and I'm not just saying it now.
