We've started the last two matches like we are trying to ease into the game and give every one an early touch etc . It's a nonsence they've had all week training and pre-match warm-up to refine their touch and get comfortable on the ball. It's McKenna's job to make sure they start at 100% like they did in the second half. I'm sure we'll see a ferocious start against Derby. To give McKenna some credit he has generally addressed issues with our play but we won't make automatic if players are timid at the start of games.
