 | Forum Thread | Biggest threats/suprrises next season? at 10:14 28 May 2025
What are your feelings towards next season, who do you expect to be "up there"? Obviously Southampton and Sheffield United for me. Questions marks over Leicester and their financial situation. Wrexham and Birmingham seems in a good financial position, would you consider them dark horses? Coventry, West Brom and Boro had disappointing seasons, but could be outsiders for me. |

A few players in the lineup were Emmanuel, Quaner, Kenlock. Paul Lambert was the manager. Even if this season didn´t go as I had hoped, I still appreciate were we´ve come from, what state the club was in a few years ago. It´s weird, but I´m already excited by next season. |
 | Forum Thread | Those last 7-8 minutes.. at 08:23 2 Feb 2025
I don’t have much to say about yesterday’s game overall. I agree with McKenna that it felt like we were the better team, and when the 1-2 goal came, it didn’t feel entirely fair. These things happen—sometimes the margins just aren’t on your side. But… what were we doing in the last 7–8 minutes? That much added time should have motivated the players. Plenty of time to create one or two chances… instead, we looked lifeless and completely out of ideas. We just wandered around with the ball in the backline, misplaced passes, poor decisions… no urgency. At one point, it almost looked like we voluntarily gave the ball away. That ending worried me more for the future than the result itself. |

Yes, the second half was a gulf in class, but we still battled and got forward when we could. Those saying we were outclassed, look at the stats (except corners 🤣) |
