Don´t get our players fired up, I don´t know what will.
Some fans say our players are crap, I don´t believe that for one moment. The quality is there (not all of them, but enough of them for us to do better than we have done). I just hope they go out there and do the basics well. If we lose today I hope it´s not down to attitude or players sulking for themselves. Lets give Sunderland a fight!

Also Bonne/Norwood up front. Rest Morsy and get El Mizouni or Carroll in?

No, I´m not a happy clapper. The result and performance against Rotherham was very disappointing and if we don´t improve and climb up the table Cook will eventually be in trouble.
Yes, there is a "but" coming.
BUT! Cook hasn´t even had a year as a manager yet. We have got 19 new players in, a complete rebuild from top to bottom. While we should be doing better, it´s not the disaster that some fans are making it out to be. Some fans are so impatient and short sighted it´s silly. We have owners that are willing to invest and are here to make us successful. This line from Mike O Neil is very important: "We are here to help the club climb the football pyramid. Promotion to the Championship as soon as possible is the immediate aim. It’s possible this season but if it takes another year or so, so be it."

Yes, the League one table is also a close affair, but the Championship table is fascinating at the moment.
From 5th to 14th there is only three points between. Will be interesting to follow this season, my feeling is that there could be a surprise team challenging for promotion. Luton is looking good at the moment, Coventry has done well (but will probably drift away a bit), QPR could challenge.
Very interesting league.
