Not counting the Millwall game Town have had some hard games to play Reading and QPR away and a good Leeds team at home and have lost by the odd goal in each of them and have matched them teams in all those matches
Remember we have a lot of new players in the team and most of them are doing alright and I must say its the old players that are not playing well the likes of Murphy and Edwards and Loach and these players need to be dropped
We have better players on the bench and Tunnicliffe should be giving a run in the team
I hope Mick can see we need a new striker urgent and a class attacking midfielder and a better keeper before the transfer shut
The near 2000 Leeds fans made more noise today and were taking the micky out of the 16000 Town fans stating how quiet they were
Come on lets get behind the team and outdo the away fans because they need you now more than ever and me and my five mates cant do all the singing on our own

Nouble Agrees New Deal

I will be at the game tomorrow and I hope big Frank plays some of it because out of all the strikers on our books he is the one who excites me the most
My type of a striker I like big strong and skilful and has a strong shot on him and I think he will surprise a lot of people this season and score a few goals
Somebody was speaking about Paul jewel and some of the good players he left us with and that's true
Pauls a good Manager but he just went down the wrong road and it backfired on him as he put his faith in old pros and they let him down and then when the money ran out he had no choice but to bring loads of loans in and they let him down to and I am sure he will come back and do a good job for someone one day
But Micks our man now and is doing a great job for us and I cant wait to see us rip Millwall apart and give us our first 3 points and kick start our season off

I think Micks signings with no money to spend look quite good but he seem to have faith in the same strikers that we had last season who did not score that many goals between them
Forget about Billy sharp because Southampton want 1.8 Million for him so that count us out
Lets hope Taylor come good and get us some goals or Mick find a top proven striker in the loan market because the rest of our strikers are average players and I cant se them scoring enough goals to get us into the playoffs

I hope he has got his gambling under control and don't be tempted in the Blackpool arcades with all the slot machines in his spare time
Being a gambler myself I know how hard it is and I cant resist playing the machines every time I go in my local bookmakers
Hopefully he is not as stupid as me and he will just concentrate on his football because if he could put all his problems behind him who knows what he could achieve because he is not as bad a striker as some Town fans are making out he is and I have seen him score some good goals
But all in all its right for him to move on now because he is well down the pecking order and he would not get many games for Town now

Do it matter how many goals he score because we now have the quality at Town to score loads of goals and we have a far better team now
As long as we finish above Blackpool this season and hopefully get promoted that's all I care

Mick is building a nice little team with at least two players covering every position and I don't think he is finished yet
But please all this talk about promotion lets not get carried away because theirs a lot of new players in the team and it will take time to get to know each other and they have got to gel as a team
Of cause most of this will be done on the training field
We must get off to a good start not like last season propping up the table for ages with just 7 points
But its different this time with our great new Manager and not a team of loan players so come on lets all get behind the team and cheer them on

But I suppose we cant read to much into pre season games with the Managers changing the players and having a look at players trying to sort out his strongest team and at least we are winning the games

If Chopra is still with us at the start of the season and he has put all his troubles behind him he could turn out to be a handy player for us
But my gut feeling Mick will bring in a class striker on less wages from somewhere and the chop will go out on loan maybe or be sold

I think a few more players will be signed before we kick off the season and a few loan players as well
we now have a team and a good manager who could push for a playoff place
My money is on Watford to win the league as they look to be signing a top team and I think they will romp the league but I would love to see Town promoted this year and hopefully Norwich relegated

What a great Manager we now have at our club because the poor bloke has no money to spend but he is starting to put together a quad of players that look good enough to challenge for a place in the top six and if we are lucky enough to get a player of the quality of that of Khumalo or bramble come to the club then who know where we could finish
