First half was entertaining but sick of the stupid defensive errors. Felt a bit sorry for the new goalkeeper, and thought replacing KVY was a good decision. Second half an utter embarrassment - I left 2 mins before the end, as could not take anymore. Just shockingly bad. |

Really disappointing result. Superb first half, Woolfenden was very good for that. Impressed with the first goal, Bonne and Edwards were superb the entire match for me. Edwards did so much hard work, all it needed was someone there to tap it in and we would won easily.
Not impressed with the 3 idiotic young lads who were moved behind us and started to sing that awful Fashanu song. Wondered if they were moved there as others had objected to them. A vile chant that should never be heard again. Annoyed at the defensive mistakes again, which meant just a draw. |

Well I did it.... it was a big step for me, but glad I went. Not impressed with the ludicrously long queue to get in, and thanks to the abysmal phone reception, could not show the NHS App as it would not load. Thank goodness I took my Vaccination card!
Was strange to be back, but did not stick around in the concourse. We were not questioned about taking drinks in our bag.
As for the game - it was hard to focus on, as being over-aware of surroundings, but managed to settle in the second half and enjoyed the game. Think a draw was a fair result but the team needs time to (God, I hate to say the word) GEL as a lot of new players there. Was impressed with Bonne, KYV, Harper and Burns.
Just glad I took the step to attend. Hopefully feel a lot more confident the next time around! |

Tinmetraveler - at this rate, I will chucking my ticket and getting a pass for I Follow. I have hardly been out the last year and a quarter and my mental health and anxiety is beyond ever getting better. I wear a lanyard now as wearing a mask causes me great distress, and in town (the few shops I do visit weekly), have been treated with respect by the door staff, as they know full well my anxiety levels having seen it first hand. I want to try to go out more, and build up my confidence, but keep getting knocked back. |
