Why do either have to go? Johnson has also played CM, maybe he's seen as an option there and it'll be Young and Clarke fighting it out for the right back spot.
More of a daytime thing, so not sure it's what you want, but the Steam Cafe in the town centre is amazing. I recently left my job because of the toll it was taking on my mental health, and they helped me so much. If you can make the time to see them, it's worth it. They also recommended the talking group at Portman Road (Tuesdays from 6pm), although I can't go because of family commitments, so no first hand knowledge. Left field suggestion for activities. You mentioned music, do you like karaoke? There's a fortnightly one at the Silver Star on Vernon Street every other Thursday (tonight from 8.30), with a really friendly crowd.
Met him just over a year ago. The way he talked about the Sutton Hoo dig, I got the impression he lived elsewhere. That said, it's entirely possible you saw him as hes done a lot of filming around Woodbridge and Sutton Hoo over the last 18 months or so for the Time Team digs and the longship project.
I remember him being particularly unlucky in the league match at Bolton. I have memories of him having a shot with the keeper stranded, but Johnson couldn't jump high enough to get out of the way and it hit DJ in the crown jewels. Think it was that match.
Had to deal with it since my early 20s (I'm in my mid-40s now). A lot of it is getting your meds right, and Ipswich hospital's rheumatology department is really good. Other than that, heat pads or hot baths are good for alleviating symptoms (I probably keep Radix in business single-handedly!) and listen to your body. If you need to rest, rest. Better to have a day or two taking things a but slower than push through and then need a lot longer to recover. Hope it's under control soon.
Does anyone know if Chris Barrie has any ties to the area? He's at Nor-Con in Norwich this weekend and, during the Red Dwarf panel yesterday, he said he'd "always had a soft spot for the Tractor Boys". Considering where we were, I thought it odd (although pleasing) that he got more cheers than boos for the comment. Just wondering if that was a failed attempt to wind up the locals or if he genuinely follows us.
Anyone know how long it usually takes for the kits to be available on Umbro's website? Got a voucher for 20% off if I buy direct from them, but not worth it if I've got to wait a month or more.
There was a massive change in both government and opposition in 1916 when the Liberals split and the Conservatives joined a coalition government. Lloyd George's Liberals remained in government, the Conservatives went from being the opposition to government, and Asquith's Liberals went from government to opposition, all without an election. Not exactly what you're looking for, but it shows that kind of change is possible.
Once, in his final season with us. Think it was at Forest, definitely a Sky game; I remember watching it in the pub and being shocked he'd been shown a card.
