Five million is some sum for a league one club to pay out. More than three times what we paid for an individual player at that level and we were accused of being Cheque Book FC. League one are going to hate Brum. |

I'm getting into low/non-alcoholic beer. It's way better than sugary soft drinks, way healthier too. I even prefer drinking it to drinking alcoholic beer, me being something of a lightweight and having alcohol dehydrates and tires me out even in reltively small quantities.
One thing that tickled me the other day, I bough a low alchol Erdinger at the Ferry Boat Inn in Old Felixstowe and from the bottle you'd be hard pushed to know that it was a low alcohol beer at all. It was being pushed as a refreshing, isotonic health drink. Which, to be fair, it is. The only mention of it being a wheat beer was in small print on the back of the bottle. |

The sprinklers on match days going on regardless of the weather strikes me as a little odd.
It can be plssing down and the pitch still gets sprinkled.
It's all very well trying to contol every aspect, but the weather is one thing they can't control but it appears that they go ahead with the sprinkler routine despite prevailing weather conditions. |

Anyone who is seriously concerned by those sort of inconveniences would back radical action to get traffic off the roads as heavy traffic does the same day in day out. |

Have you not? Anyone with a proper Ipswich accent says it that way. Seems a quirk of Ipswich, and different even from wider Suffolk, to stick in an extra vowel. Moo-en is another one that I enjoy hearing from proper old Ipwich boys.
Celebrate Suffolk accents, I say, celebrate them proudly. Lord knows you never hear any in the media. |

The front four have been strengthened with the signings of Hutch and Delap. The back five with Greaves, Johnson and Muric. It's just the middle two that have not seen any work yet. Got to imagine that there will be someone in the pipelin to help out Morsy and Luongo.
None of the above means I think we have finished with the front four or back five, sure there will be more incmings there too, just that we haven't started work on DCM yet. |

I don't why people get worked up about 'obsession' with Nodge and them with us. We are rivals, it's how things should be.
We can grudgingly respect that they have had the upper hand in recent years. They should respect that we have had more success historically and are once again in the ascendency.
Both sides should, however, heartily despise the other and knock everything they do or say. |

Votes for 16 year olds will come later. This ks only applies to the next parliamentary session, they have put forward 38 bill in this KS, that's a lot. It would be nice to have votes for 16 year olds before the local elections, but they have higher priority stuff to get out of the way first. This will happen befre the next general election. |
