When will all the thicko's on here realise that there are TWO forums, General and Football.
One day they will realise that nobody gives a s*it about their opinions and who the next PM is. Leave it on the GENERAL forum so that you can all agree amongst yourselves and the rest of us can speculate on who the next signing will be.

I noticed at both the Sunderland and Wycombe matches people still wearing Marcus Evans shirts. As all reference to ME has been removed from PR stadium, these people should be barred from entry and offered counselling.

Ashton is the problem

Cook is a total failure. The Yanks love a scouse accent and think that the Beatles are still number one.
For God's sake sack him tomorrow together with Roberts and the Kit Man. I think Jeffers is an asset, maybe because he is an Evertonian and has some blue blood.

He is surely feeling the pressure and is aware the buck stops with him. Anyone who has worked for an American company will know they can be ruthless and have no time for sentiment. He has dug a deep hole for himself by backing Cook. When a manager leaves a club the caretaker manager is usually someone from the backroom staff. Ipswich have no backroom staff and Ashton has failed by not insisting Cook appointed an Assistant Manager. Interesting times ahead for both Cook and Ashton, the dreaded vote of confidence must be near.
