Nolan was a good League 1 player but got completely found out in the Championship. |

If the Saudi thing never happened, then yes. |

My good friend works for the police investigating murders. They had a case where a paranoid schizophrenic had brutally killed his brother and had ran off. He had been spotted near a train station so my mate and his partner went to check out the area. They spotted him, but had no backup close, but due to the brutal nature of the crime and the persons mental state, they decided that they had to act immediately. He says they went over, made themselves known and the guy, who was a big boy, went crazy and went for both of them. My friend basically said they ended up having a fight with the guy for 10 minutes while they waited for backup to arrive. My friend ended up nearly losing a testicle and was black and blue. The criminal took a battering too, but they did what they had to to keep themselves and others safe. There are times when force, and sometimes excessive force, is needed. The guy in the airport has already committed an assault before this and then assaults three police officers including one with a gun. As I said, in hindsight, I think in this scenario the kick to the head wasn't the wisest choice, but I think it's an understandable one considering the violence committed if only to shock the guy into submission. The legal case will be a really interesting one as it opens up the 'What is reasonable force?' debate which will more often than not, be somewhat subjective. Conscious/unconscious bias is real though, I'll give you that. [Post edited 8 Jul 9:31]

It's a complex situation. I would say that if you're battering an armed officer then you're asking for trouble. If the officer thought that his gun was at risk, and with the level of violence against them that was entirely justified thinking, then in my opinion, you're putting that person down and ensuring they stay down. In hindsight, yes, that kick doesn't look good, but at the time he needed incapacitated. The guy was lucky not to get shot. |

Seems sensible enough. Won't be playing unless we get some crazy injury issues (in which case we have a very experienced backup). Fills a hole in the goalkeeper coaching team too. Underwhelming but sensible. |

Paul Cook did a good job in bringing in some good players, but did a p1ss poor one of managing them lol. |

I thought Alan Judge was a terrible midfielder for us and it's only because we had some awful loans around that time that he goes unnoticed in that regard. And Hladky deserved a premier league go, at least for a few games. |

Huge following on YouTube. KSI is the most well known. They've done well for themselves to be fair. |

Lots of athletic players who need some fine tuning. |

Broadhead is an excellent Championship player and looked decent in the Premier League, if a little slow with pace at times. Good player to make magic happen. I wouldn't want to rely on Ogbenne and Burns purely because of the injuries they're rehabbing from. Is Muric too far gone for a redemption arc? |

I always say that Bennetts had the body of a footballer, but not the footballing brain to go with it. The Lambert loans were something else. [Post edited 20 Jun 10:10]

I remember as it was one I'd looked at myself on a bored day at work. Suggested Sem Steijn instead. Nailed that one haha! |
