Lennard Maloney at Mainz would fit the bill for a Morsy replacement. Strong in the tackle and a workhorse. English speaking too. Can also play centre back.
Been around the Dortmund setup so will have trained at a high level.
Signed for Mainz in Jan, but has only played three games so would cost. |

Haha, this brings back memories. My old 5-a-side team were hard-working and efficient in how we played. We had one silky player and then the rest of us were industrious with me bringing the occasional bit of flair.
I remember one team that were pretty decent (but bells) walking off after we went 4-0 up one game blaming the referee for taking our side. The next game we beat them 3-2 with the last kick of the game. The game after that they brought an absolute tank with them. He was 6ft 5 and all athletic muscle. They won that game by one goal and celebrated like it was the world cup.
It wasn't all bad though; we had one team that became our arch rivals. The games were always close, respectably played with handshakes at the end. They were slightly different to us in that they had one very skillful and quick guy, two industrious players and then a 'head it kick it' type defender.
There was also a team of Romanians, one of which had the hardest shot I've ever seen lol.
But I digress. If people enjoy it, then let them enjoy it. |

Fernandes and Fernandinho are good shouts.
Fernandes may be a sulk but he's one hell of a player.
Dembele was one hell of a player to be fair. |

I watch a lot of Barcelona games and Lamine Yamal is one of the most exciting players I've seen.
Pau Curbarsi at centre back is also another ridiculous talent. It's like someone spliced together genes from all the great centre backs, added a bit of Pirlo passing in for good measure and created a player. |

We saw the Holocaust memorial in the middle of winter after about a foot of snow. It was a really odd experience as people were having fun throwing snowballs within the memorial itself. I couldn't quite internally figure out if that was okay or not; on one hand it's quite a sombre place, but then people were enjoying life and there was lots of laughter. Really odd experience.
We went up the TV tower in Alexanderplatz which was really cool.
There's was a really cool Science museum that has lots of interactive things that's good for an hour or two. |

Richard's is alright in small doses and on the rare occasion he's toned down.
But that's a rarity.

- Delap will go.
- Hutch I think would be useful for a team that likes to press.
- Davis I could see going to a lower prem team.
- Muric either had a redemption arc or he goes in my opinion.
- Luongo will go.
- Phillips, Ensico, Cajuste, Godfrey (thinks he's gone already...?) gone.
- Tuanzebe probably off.
It's going to need another big rebuild.
That's also not counting the random bids you sometimes get for players. |

Yes, since just after New year I had this low-key cold where I could do everything but just felt a bit coldy. Last couple of weeks it's really ground me down and got worse. The sinuses took the brunt of it. I've gone healthy fruit, veg, smoothie and multivitamins crazy which seems to be helping. |

I just didn't understand why we brought on our attacking players so late and then still proceeded to move side to side at snails pace.
Thought Burgess would have started to counter slabhead on set pieces too.
Palmer is good.

Hurst and Szmodics should have been on much earlier as should Johnson.
Morsy looks shot and this is from someone who loves him to pieces for what he's done.
Get some balls in the box and have Szmodics and the two mids looking for second balls. Szmodics especially has a knack for being in the right places. There was very little variation.
I was also a bit puzzled as to why Burgess didn't start. We know Maguire is good in the air from set pieces, so why not play your best heading defender? (Unless he's out for some reason - I've not checked).
Palmer is decent and looks very assured.
That second half we had no spark, the intensity needed to be 25% higher and the changes need to be made when it's obvious things need changing and not 20 minutes after.
This is the most frustrated I've been at a game for quite some time. |

We must have lost about 10 points at least from really bad individual errors or shocking refs.
I do think we just rolled over against Liverpool and City though and some of that is how we setup to play. |
