People are a little tough on Kayden Jackson. I've never been his biggest fan, but he was working his socks off in chasing and pressuring FG defenders who had the ball and tracking back to win back lost balls. I'm very happy with his role in the match. |

The ref had a good game. Norwood ran his socks off. Dozell had moments. Too many were invisible for long stretches, and if you switch off the team gets punished (and we did). No creativity or passion from our side. |

Drinan was invisable. Really poor game.
Nsiala is the most worrying player I've ever seen. He really gives me stomach pains. Good for a penalty shout every match. McGuinness is good for a few gaffs a game too. He's just so big and clumsy.
Wingers Judge and Edwards didn't add much. Thomas looked to be a nice upgrade.
The three hometown mids were okay, but didn't put their stamp on the match.
Overall, enjoyable to watch - much more so than at Burton - but another game we leave empty handed.

Poor performance. No passion. No real idea going forward after the first 15 minutes. The formation change proved to be a bit of a spark but by then Charlton was sitting back with the lead. Nsiala as reckless as always and I didn't rate Bennetts as highly as others because he wasted nearly every ball with his final touch. Would have liked to see Dozell step it up, but he didn't - clever football IQ though. McGavin will be a player. Gibbs largely invisible but he's 17 and tracked back well after losing the ball. |

Switch of personal in the second half to Sears up front, Edwards on the left and Judge on the right worked wonders. Totally different half. Good win. Holy looked more comfortable with crosses than I have ever seen - keep it up! |
