They've taken a successful radio format and just stuck a camera in front of it. Personally, I don't think it transfers well like that, perhaps for 30 mins ok. They need to use the visual medium. Action, goals, tactics etc
Butch is very entertaining and CC comes over very well. But the whole format needs livening up. |

It's terrific to see our women win like that. I'm sure it'll do wonders for women's football here.
I used to referee at the top level (women) in the past, It was the WPL then. I was struck by how little or no support they often got from the men's side. Yet a man in the 1st team could have donated one day's wages to fund the women's side for a year!
Things have certainly improved.
p.s. It was a struggle being neutral when reffing Town women though. |
