Morsy and his Gaza/Palestine comments in his interview, is there a place for this in football? Should footballers regardless of their beliefs just zip it about issues like this?
After all, some of his beliefs due to his faith are pretty rank in the modern world. |

get a grip those who miss Cookie... you will look back at his reign and rightly see it for what it was, the odd decent game but largely poor - the thing is as a club we have forgotten how to win games consistently therefore seeing your Cookie's team pass the ball around, or score 6 goals in a game has made you feel something for him he was not..

many seasons gone by when we have lost in the first round there has been joy and the "i don't care" attitude so we can focus on the league....
Now it seems all the Cookie Munsters want a cup run and get to wembley....
fwiw I always want us to win games, and have cup runs. Even the board clown is going tonight and he was very pro-getting knocked out in previous years to concentrate on the league.
Wonder why the important thing is not the league this season?! Oh yes, I remember.... |

Keeping an eye as the results go in, if any of you think we are even going to get in the play-offs then it will not happen, we need half the teams to be as inconsistent as us and we need to win games...

He does not fit this club at all, it is no better than previous sacked managers.
As fans we have lost our way to a point where the north stand react to a player with cramp louder than they do to many instances during the game where our players literally had no idea what they were doing out there.
it is utterly pointless continuing with Cook, it does not work and the coaching team he has assembled are also to blame. Absolutely useless. |
