I was there on saturday and overall it was a very good team performance. good going forward and really solid at the back with sonko and collins. this team has come along way since the thrashings from saints and posh, and i now believe we can get something from tomorrow nights game. Before the weekend i would have taken a point from these 2 away games and now we have that we should have a real go at west ham.
we were lagging in last 15-20 mins on saturday which doesnt really stand us in good stead for tuesday night but hopefully the players who havent had a lot of pre season will be able to push through before getting 3 days off for brighton game.
again i will be at upton park on tuesday with a few lads cheering the boys on, we need to keep same team, same formation and have a real go. if we get into them like we did at boro we will get some kind of result. i will take another point there.

pleased with the 3 signings in last couple of days, get shotton, collins, sula and skruna as well and we will have a squad capable of competing. not hopeful of getting too much out of game tomorrow but season definatly starts again for us away at blackpool. 2 weeks break to get players fit, wont be too many going away on international duty hopefully enough time to get players to know each other at training to begin the fight for at least top 10 finish this season.

people saying woodgate and barton are being complete douche bags about this, just because we have signed chopra and bowyer, people start to think we can sign anyone. there are players out there who will always stay in premier league and never drop down a division because they are all money grabbers not caring if they start every week or not. im pleased with the prospect of Keith Andrews because 1. hes not a premier league player, ince only signed him for what he done at mk dons. 2. hes a lower league player and would shine in that holding role, the same role Mark Kennedy played perfectly against wolves. I'm not 100% sure what defenders are available at the moment, i would happily take nosworthy as back up as he can play centre back or right back or antony gardner as believe he is on a free. someone who has premier league experience but is sitting in this league. |

I still feel we should put JET on opposite wing to carson, Martin doesnt create anything plus hes a pussy in a challenge with bowyer and drury in middle, drury looked decent when put there against cambridge. he was spreading the ball really well and picking out a pass. put chops and priskin up top for now to see how they get on.
edwards, ingy, del and kennedy at the back. take experience any day of week.
im not sure what defenders are available at the moment so go for but we do def need another right back as much i would like to see ainsley play we cant chuck him in at the deep end quite yet. |

i personally wasnt there last night but its going to take time for 6/7 new players to get too know players already at club and get to know style of play. im not looking for miracles this season, just some progress from last year would be nice. im pleased with the new recruits so far and look forward to more to come and it does look promising for the future.
im looking forward to wolves game as they will bring a strong squad with them and it will really test us and maybe give us a picture of how we will get on against the likes of west ham, brum etc and gives us an idea of where we could potentially end up by end of may 2012 |

the paperwork hold up was obviously him signing a new contract. hopefully now hes made that commitment to fulham he will be here for whole season and there wont be a recall clause in our agreement. |
