They had the money at the time. So they had the best players. Gazza going there made it more popular in the UK, however, i never really got into it. I remember there was 4 nil nil draws in a row once. If you get a chance ITV player has something about when football in the UK got massive. All about the BSkyB take over. really interesting. |

Fingers crossed. Not a massive Murray fan. Not done anything to annoy me he just comes across dull and boring. Hopefully this guy has a personality and more charisma. Good luck to Kyle... |

Wow. Is it me or are we all not really that impressed with Nodges spirited Chelsea defeat?? Didn't Bradford city knock them out not too long ago. Chelsea were really half A**ed. plus played with 9 men for over 30 mins. |

mmmm I don't believe it. She is loaded. She probably meant to say sold one of her houses. Sadly the more people bite the more she money she makes. |
| Forum Reply | Serious Question...... What keeps you going to games? at 12:43 22 Jan 2018
I would struggle if i was going just for the 90 mins. I have some awesome friends i only really see at football. Each game is a day out. Beccles is a fairly long way which makes it a long day out so we make the most of it. The train ride is like the first pub. Lowestoft mate supplies the beer... Meetup with some lads from Ipswich. We always do a pub crawl. I sit in an office all day. I'm a fairly hypo as an individual so i do need to shout and swear just to relieve myself. Sad i know, but it's better doing it a football than on a street corner or having to take drugs to get my kick. I know we are S**t and accept it, but when we score i go absolutely mental. Usually end up in a different row. Lads all sit with me. We chuck each other around. Also became really good friends with the people who sit around me. will never stop going... |

I believe Chelsea is in Fulham and Fulham is in Chelsea. Charlton, Orient and Brentford i think are the only London clubs that play in the area? might be wrong. |

Still not in Chelsea. I have worked around that area and it's pretty built up. There is a lot of space around those designs so i imagine a lot of costs on the outskirts being spent on a very overrated expensive part of London. |

You have explained why you are still here. Sticking up for your fans. Get that. Look it's as simple as this. ITFC fans who didn't get abuse, pelted with coins, had fireworks aimed at them, seats thrown at them and didn't see any of this would be more than happy with Leeds fans being there. I personally thought your fans were really quiet. I think your home fans are generally really quiet too. Anyway back to my point. Fans who did get the above are not going to be happy and I quite rightly slagging the Leeds fans off, as does most of the county. I didn't like seeing sheets of blue plastic of the footpaths as I walked out. I did say this to a Leeds fan as i walked out and he was quite embarrassed too and fair play. Another Leeds fan insulted me. when i walked over he didn't want to know. Think a lot of your fans are mouthy but generally don't really want to get involved in violence. Many are much more happier and comfortable shouting and swearing at kids and pensioners. Sorry that's how I consider a lot of Leeds fans. |
