Well I can't argue with what you say as it does make good sense. I chucked Burnley and Manchester into Google maps.

I think it'd be healthy for our fans to make peace with the league we find ourselves in. It is not beneath us and there's no getting back to where we belong anymore imo.

Burnley is within 40 mins drive of Manchester so that fits with my point

Born and raised in Ipswich I am long suffering just like the rest of us and when I think about why we feel so disappointed...I can only conclude that we should probably let go of ideas of getting back to the upper tiers of English football and league 1 suits the size of our town, our resources, our financial backing etc.

Reality is the world and the game of football has moved on since our last successes now decades ago... Ipswich is a medium / large size town in the UK. Not a city, No real economy of its own, no real investment in the town, no tourist interest, etc etc. We are about where we should be based on these external factors.

This is the thing. We would not be getting a top side relocate: its always going to be someone who has more to gain than lose. Albeit Charges showed this Sunday that they can bring it with their current squad but their lack of support in the UK wouldnt help.

I think we will be sticking with the 'London Games' format for a few years to come.

I think the german market is about to explode. With the patriots apparently looking to exploit it.

I 'Support' (if you can call it that) the Jags. I picked them a few years back now on the basis that they would be most likely to establish in London and liked the idea of one guaranteed home game per season at wembley.

The contract to guarantee this is up next season and with Khan blocked at buying wembley stadium earlier this year im wondering if this will be renewed / if he will have the desire to renew this.

Id not considered the chargers being the team to move thanks for the link. I guess it makes sense.

My favoured option would be that none of the teams move to the UK but we have two new established clubs one in London and one in Germany - the germans were very well represented at Wembly on sunday.

Would love to see an established UK team playing home games at Wembley or perhaps even touring several grounds. Featuring in the NFL is probably the only viable option, I don't think there is enough to get a euorpe leauge going I know it was tried before and failed.

Official attendance was 84 thousand. There were the odd few empty seats. I must admit I was thinking the same thing about the Tottenham stadium. The concourse areas at Wembley were a joke yesterday, it was like sardines and the ques for food were a write off. I am told Tottenhams new ground is a far more civilised affair.

Anyone else go today?

Amazing atmosphere and to see how the sport has grown in the UK. Shame Jags were pretty poor.

+1 , personally I'm not that against seeing them win this one. Has absolutly no bearing on us and I would far rather Abit of prosperity in East Anglia than the same old moneybags London and Manchester rhetoric.

I cannot abide strongbow, magnets, bulmers etc all the commercial stuff

I'm normally an ale drinker but getting more into cider and finding that the readily available offerings just aren't as good.

I've taken to Orchard Pig recently, but have also realised that despite the fancy branding Aspalls isn't all that, any recommendations?

Its not something Id personally consider, what if you both wanted to go to the same game? What if you wanted to go together?

Buy 10 games get one free wouldn't be enough of an incentive for many (including me) to consider it.
