I'm in Madrid next week and trying to get tickets to the Morocco v Peru friendly at Atletico. The only tickets I've seen for sale are from scalper sites or the Moroccan FA. Can't see anything on Atletico or Peru FA. Any ideas? Thanks
Sir Edward Leigh, Sir Peter Bone, the Tax Payers Alliance, the Institute for Economic Affairs, the Daily Mail, Baroness Claire Fox, can you hear me?? Your boys took a hell of a beating... "
Watching an old match on ITV4 where the original David Johnson was involved for Liverpool. I doubt he's still involved in the shop but are there many places in town, other than Coe's and the purple shop, that have been open longer than Jonty's?
Leafing through his autobiography. What a pompous, bitter old windbag he was. He couldn't understand the reaction to his decisions in the 1975 semi final replay and bore a grudge easily. After saying that Bobby was not fit to manage England, he went on to add
"other players from the Ipswich side who should never in my opinion been near the England squad - they would not have been 10 years ago - are Russell Osman and Terry Butcher. Butcher appears to have no particular skills other than to ensure no one passes him...they are people who by their attitude do very little to help the game and who should not be copied by young people".
