| Forum Reply | Injuries still giving you grief at 10:33 10 Jan 2019
I tore my rotator cuff in the gym about 8 years ago which still gives me grief. Added to that, I tore the tendons in the middle finger when skateboarding, and didn't take the Dr advice to have some time off... The result of that is a massively swollen finger, and has been like that since I was 13. And then to add more, recently I pulled my lower back when training for a marathon (which never ended up getting done) , and still cannot run past about 4 miles without breaking down in pain. I think that one is now with me for life too... |
| Forum Reply | How did we let the defensive part of our squad get so bad? at 09:28 3 Jan 2019
I think we miss Skuse more than we think we miss him. At the minute, chambo is having to try and organise a poor defence, and the young midfield in front of him. Skuse would take some of that pressure off him, allowing chambers to fully focus on the defence. Under Lambert, he also seemed to read the game better than he had done before, and would probably be able to break up play a bit better. |

I like to follow Atlanta United (its nice to see a team winning things), but given that in NFL i follow Falcons, NBA - Atlanta Hawks and MLB - Atlanta Braves, it seemed the sensible choice. Hoping to get out and see them there in the next year or so! |

I realised that when I had posted it, but now it is too late to change it. I think home games are going to become few and far between for me |

MIssed the point completely. I love supporting town, but a 400 mile round trip, coupled with £50+ per home game, plus the way we are playing at the minute, it is hard to justify it |

Evening all Im a season ticket holder, however am moving to Leeds at the end of Jan. Is there anyone on here who regularly travels down to home games from up that way, or is it best to just focus on the away games up that way? And tbh, at the minute i couldnt think of much more depressing than travelling 3-4 hours, watching us lose, then 3-4 hours home |

Ipswich, Falcons and Atlanta United (MLS). 2 out of 3 having their worst season in a very long time. |

I'm moving to Leeds in February, so if all goes wrong with ITFC, would you take in a plastic fan? |
| Forum Thread | Jewell's last game against Derby at 11:50 23 Oct 2018
After this game, I didnt think it would get much lower than that being a town fan. But it feels like that, and worse now, than it ever was under Jewell. Dont know about others, but I just feel a complete sense of apathy. I work with Norwich fans, they were trying to give it the biggun yesterday, and I couldnt even bite because I don't care enough. |

Great post mate, and sorry to hear what you're going through and the circumstances surrounding it. This time last year i was in a dark place and didn't even realise it, until some life events led to me reassessing my life. With the help of Mind, Norfolk and Suffolk Wellbeing, and support from friends and family (which i didn't really deserve), I have come out of the other side and am in a much better place. If anyone needs to chat, feel free to send a DM |
