To be fair I am fortunate enough to be invited once a season to Leeds via a contractor who has a box. Generally find the guys I share the afternoon / evening with to be very fair and balanced with a great sense of humour. By and large I think Leeds are a "proper" football club.
Indeed. The pro game has lots of benefits v National North and below.
Regarding offside. The mantra is a late flag is better than an incorrect early one. An early flag will only come if there is a chance ofa collision usually with the goalkeeper.
Also I would encourage most people to use the acronym PIG regarding offside.
PLAY THE BALL INTERFERE WITH AN OPPONENT GAIN AN ADVANTAGE - standing in an offside position and taking up brain space for a defender is not in the laws of the game gaining an advantage.
It's about appearing to go together as a team. Sometimes that obvious throw in under your nose is not as easy as you think. The assistant always has half an eye on the 2nd last defender at all times.
Ultimately the key is in the word assistant. Most refs want to lead the way.

Yesterday was much better performance wise and we now have a 2 point advantage.
By time we play again Hull and Coventry may well be out of play off contention and Huddersfiled could be virtually down by time we get to them. Of course guarantees nothing as no such thing as on the beach.
Southampton may take points at Leeds and Leicester.
I imagine both Leeds and Leicester will be having the same thoughts.
Probably incorrectly so I do actually feel quite relaxed.
We seem to be playing well. We have a 2 week break to rest some of our key players and Burns may well be available for the final 3 games.
Those thinking this is straightforward are deluded.
I remember watching Moore flog though 2 hours for Wales a few weeks back and thought he looked on empty and emotionally drained.
The rest of the league are stepping upto fight their own causes. Respect is being shown by teams allegedly with nothing to play for.
Think about the seasons when we will have looked with envy of teams involved in meaningful end if season climaxes. Isn't it great to be part of the equation?
I really think McKenna stays regardless. Leif Davis probably not.
Is KMC yet the finished Premiership article? He is learning along with us. I don't think the curve has started to flatten yet. Where is he going.....Brighton?
I would sooner sell Leif Davis and re invest the £15m into the playing squad. I am not sure Luton, Burnley , Sheff Utd are upgrades on Leicester, Leeds and lets say Southampton. We would have a great chance again next season.
