Don't get me wrong, I've no issue at all with anyone claiming a cash refund from the club. But to take the time to go onto Twitter and seemingly gloat about having done so?
Option D. Now retweet and comment on this thanking everyone who’s loyal support remain stronger than ever despite the shit show the owner operates, who attended last season, and still intend on attending but just want a straight forward refund.
Indeed - especially given that a lot of schemes I've seen offered by other clubs haven't added any value to non-refund options.
One chap on Twitter is mouthing off, saying that if his oven was faulty he'd expect an immediate refund, so why should ITFC be any different.
People don't seem to understand just how carefully the club has got to manage its finances over the next year or so. You can have an immediate 100% refund, or you can have a club to support - your choice.
But seemingly in this case, the claimant has noticed the damage, known the alleged cause, but not disclosed having know the cause when they made the initial claim? Otherwise surely I'd have heard about it before now?
To my mind that's pointing toward the ex-in-law even more. He'll have no doubt claimed for the damaged door 18-or-so months ago when it happened (he's that anal about his car), and has now seen an opportunity to have a sneaky attempt at getting his excess back.
