I did the reverse a few years back. I paid £750 up front for a PPI service and the company disappeared. I got nothing.

Do you have their details and how far do they go back? I've had so many historical cards I would never remember what cards I've had.

If you go on noddle credit report it has a section for closed accounts if that would help.
