Yes, there are some restrictions in the roads immediately opposite. Take J4 off the M53 - 3rd exit. You'll come to a double mini roundabout. Go right down the hill and if you don't mind a 20 min walk I'd look for somewhere to park around there. You could probably get much nearer the ground these days - in fact if you go the bottom of that hill and turn left the ground is about a quarter of a mile and you might be able to park on that main road.
