He's also said that being questioned by police after they received two reports of him taking cocaine during their match this weekend, was "the last straw".
He realises that he can't sell the club if he's the manager, so he's trying to reinstate the previous manager (that he sacked last week).

Yep, you can find it on Tamplin's twitter page. He doesn't seem a well man. Quite honestly, I'm surprised he's left that up, his behaviour on the interview will just confirm what many already think. [Post edited 3 Sep 2018 8:11]

How often does this occur in non league circles? A rich owner comes in pumps loads of money into the project, the team do very well initially and then something happens and it all goes pear-shaped. The money is then quickly withdrawn and the club then plummets down the leagues at a rate of knots. Billericay Town have come a long way in a short space of time, but you really worry about where the club are going to end up, they've got some players on some serious money down there, it leaves them in a very precarious position. He clearly has a drug problem and has a young family.
