Windows 10 Clipboard 10:08 - Mar 27 with 1095 views

I've just learned you can have multiple items in your clipboard and if you use the windows key + V (not ctrl), it brings up a box and you can choose which to paste. You can also pin items so they don't disappear. Optionally you can copy something on one device and paste on another if you're logged in on the same account.

You need to activate this in settings. Just search for "clipboard".

Yes, and I had an add-on which did the same. The clipboard is so useful. I'd also like to use a keyboard shortcut to paste a specific item.

Maybe it's my age and when I got into computing*, but I love keyboard shortcuts.

Well it was new to me Gav, so thanks.

I've owned many a device over the years that's headed for the bin having had hardly any of its features even glanced at.

I might use this clipboard thing once someone tells me what it's for.
