To blame? Why is anyone to blame? It's just another battle in the Brexit war. Although I hope we remain and elect pro EU MEPs, it would amuse me if Brexit parties won as the Guardian's opinion writers have been posting articles about how this is a proxy second Brexit referendum. I would be interested to see their reaction if they lose although i'm sure with enough spin and smug arrogance they could find a way to make it seem like it's a huge indicator of a remain victory.

Truly impaired.

The popular, anti-EU media I’d imagine, with a lot of help from Farage himself. Someone has fired up all these supporters, as they haven’t come to this position on their own.

I’d also use the word ‘cause’, rather than ‘blame’.
