I think so!

I've not seen it, but I'm sure you're right, yes.

If you stick with it, as others say, you should become engrossed.

Then you have BCS to look forward to. I'm quite envious as I can't see much about I fancy.

Something very random I enjoyed on Netflix is an Aussie series called Wanted, might be worth a look

I must admit I can spend ages trying to find something to watch

Have you done Madmen, Suits, the Good Wife or Scandal?

I read elsewhere that Wanted might appeal.

Couldn't get interested in the others.

Truthfully, I'm so bored watching anything has become a chore.

I'm trying to read again, yes.

In fact, I've promised myself a week away from beer and less TV this week and to return to a bit of reading. I've got a few new books to turn to.

I've got into a habit of opening a beer and turning on the TV and it's dull doing that each day.

I need to start paying some attention to some French again etc too.

Ive been doing Italian on Duolingo which is fairly basic but a start

I should be better at French than I am as it was my grand dads native language

I love Better Call Saul. Although i did find the last series a little slow. Mike Ehrmantraut is one of the best fictional characters there has ever been on small screen. IMO.

Conversely I think Saul Goodman was the best character in Breaking Bad but it has taken 5 series's of Better Call Saul to get to properly see him....

Agreed although that was because he was the much more one-dimensional comic relief in Breaking Bad.

His conflicts, contradictions and his identity that he himself can't get to grips with are much more interesting in BCS. That whole existential thing about identity being defined by what we think about ourselves, how others see us or by what we do is brilliantly explored by Saul, Mike and now even Kim. And I like the fact that there are still no easy answers.

Pronouns: He/Him

Agreed, he starts as a bit of a figure of fun, with a huge untrustworthy side to his character. In BCS you see a completely different side to him and how he slowly slides into that slippery character. You can see how Kym Wexler is also heading down that path. Will be interesting to see how it ends with Kym.

With Mike i like his dryness. I think he has a real soft side to him as well, despite the fact he can be a nasty b*stard. It leaves you in conflict.
