How do they completely test it, ie do they have to give the vaccine to some people and then give them the CV19 virus and see if they survive?

I think we wait for Darragh McAnthony to rattle off a succession of tweets giving his opinion on it and take it from there.

Seriously though, i don't think they can ethically do that, i think they are already trialling it in Brazilian epicentres.
