“tongue in cheek” has been used a few times in recent weeks by board deplorables to justify some pretty sh1tty comments.

Interesting? certainly and occasionally informative, however he undercuts any pertinent point he has by jumping around from conspiracy theory to conspiracy theory, reporting each one with the same level of certainty, regardless of factual accuracies/inaccuracies.

I agree with you he does have tendancy to report each conspiracy with the same level of certainty even though he doesn't investigate each one to the length. Like his video on Covid-19 and his Bill gates theory was just crazy, I stopped watching about half way through.
He should stick to investigative journalism as he is very good at it.
There are different levels of crackpot and for me Richard D Hall is nowhere near the level of crackpot of say Icke, Alex Jones & Nick kollastrom. [Post edited 22 Aug 2020 18:09]
