My Microsoft Outlook desktop app (as part of the Office suite), is not allowing me to enter my password. The dialogue box just keeps flashing up for a millisecond.
I tried deleting my accounts and adding them back in again, but the app wont let me add the account back it. It seems to get stuck once I enter the account name.
If so, can you try going to Settings -> Accounts -> Work or School and seeing if the account you connect on is listed there. If it is, try removing it, then restarting the application.
Another thing to try would be opening something like Word. If that is logged in, log out there close all the Microsoft 365 apps down (including OneDrive if that's around) then open Outlook again.
If these don't work, we might have to do something a bit more technical but these are probably the easiest things to try.
