I don't quite get it.
Nobody forces any of these clubs to be a member of the EFL, so surely there should be no right of appeal against the severity of sanctions?
The rules and punishments are made clear, so as long as a breach of the rules is proved then surely the EFL should be entitled to sanction as they see fit, as long as its within the rules. |  |
