Even I have to concentrate on which website is which each time.
I feel sorry for older supporters who must really struggle with this.

I've not had any issues myself but I think there are two many steps to the process.

I've not got a ST this year so have been buying passes game by game and that's pretty straightforward really. | |

Have you tried having your parents install something like Teamviewer, so you can remote control their Ipads? Then you could just do it for them. |  |

As a user experience it is pretty poor , the fact that you have to go to you profile details on the tickets part of itfc.co.uk to get the ST code (using one set of credentials) and then go to the iFollow part of the site (using a different set of credentials, but the same email address) is confusing. People might just pay the £10 for a match pass (or not) as it's easier to do! |  |
