Thanks for confirmation. I never had an email have just double checked this club is a shambles ! I am still paying for three season tickets and feel like walking away.

I think a couple of lucky posters that didnt get an email, stated when they went to the site for the tickets it allowed them to order as it recognises the customer number.

Yep, check the Home Match Tickets option on the tickets site - also check you Data Protection and Preferences settings in your profile to make sure you allow the club to contact you re: ticket updates |  |
