How can a whole new swimming pool be built @ Hadleigh for a reported £2.5 million and a new patio built at the Ipswich Cornhill costing a reported £3 point something million ?

The Hadleigh swimming pool has been subcontracted to a Tory crony and will be one of those half inflated easyset polls with the water to fill it billed separately.
(Just so the Hadleigh company don't sue me, i'm joking and the above is not true...to my knowledge...)

Indeed, if they were a Tory crony doing a rubbish or even non-existent job, they would have charged 10x the going rate rather than done it on the cheap.
