Anyone got a good way of cooking sprouts so my misguided sprout hating family might enjoy them?

Cut them in half and par boil them. Let them steam dry, then dry fry in a hot pan. At the last minute add a mix of butter and marmite. The only way to make sprouts palatable.

Just when I thought this year couldn't get any worse, you put the image of sprouts and marmite in my head.

For the last 7 years I have done this recipe. Even had people take it away who where previous sprout haters. Adds a nice bit of creaminess to the whole mean if served along with some traditionally lighter veg (stir fried Cabbage, Peas etc)

Boil in salted water until done to your taste, then serve in cheese sauce with bacon bits ❤️
