It is bad but 90 per 100,000 is rather less than several parts of London by a factor of 10.
I don't really understand why, having gone for an early lockdown, Wales ended there just as England added further restrictions. Well, I do - politics basically, but it was an obvious mistake at the time.

A friend of mine in Wales was telling me that things had got really bad in the Valleys. The rest of the country mostly not so bad. He is not a big fan of the way Drakeford has handled things, tho. |  |
