So many parts of yesterdays game that I enjoyed, i'd be silly to put my parts on because of the manager being the manager still.

The kid at RB looks very comfortable, mature beyond his years. Thought Kenlock done many good things, but then loses his head randomly (needs to be smarter in situations)

really like downes in that deeper role, shows that you can have a player clean up AND be able to work the ball well..... that position/role isn't exclusively to stop attacks and pass sideways.... I mention no names

sears was very sears, few good positions and completely fluffed his lines. norwoods touch is really crap at times, takes himself away from goal.

didnt listen to the Scottish man talk after as I've no interest in what he has to say.

but a 2-0 win, playing some nice stuff, was a welcomed addition to the weekend.

We need to keep things in perspective, yesterday was encouraging with some decent displays, which lifted the gloom somewhat. However, it will all count for nothing if we can’t follow it up against Peterborough on Tuesday otherwise we’re back to square one still unable to beat any of the top 6.

Yeah I’ve been saying for some time that Downes is tailor made for that role as well as it being time to make him skipper and yesterday upheld that.

It’s been obvious for some time we need to get more bodies in the box, it happens and we look threatening. Judge central, Sears tighter to the front man and full backs with energy to overlap. Football is that simple so why it’s taken so long to spot the obvious is ridiculous.

A good win and a good performance.

absolutely, follow this up with a proper win against a top 6 team and opinions will naturally change a bit. but until then this changes nothing really

Judge often gets a hammering and rightly so, but his performance yesterday was more what we were all hoping for when we first signed him.

Sears did score - the officials fluffed their lines on that one.

There are plenty of "tough" games coming up to see where we are really at. Avoiding injuries will be as vital as ever.

For me the key is the full backs. We showed a lot more attacking intent from deep and that allows the front 3 to play a bit closer together. Kenlock will get found out defensively but we should look more of an attacking threat
