Anybody make their own hummus? 18:07 - Feb 11 with 1488 views

Got any tips or a decent recipe? What about flavoured, chilli or red pepper? A football forum is the obvious place to ask this right?

Another top tip with Aubergines is this.

Cut in half lengthways and score the flesh.
Rub in olive oil and salt then add garlic cloves.
Roast in the oven until flesh is soft.
Scoop the flesh out of the skins don't discard the skins.
Add Pomegranate molasses to the flesh and mix, put it back in the skins when mixed.
Sprinkle Feta cheese, Mint and Pomegranate seeds on top of the Aubergine.

It's a great sidedish with kebabs.
