Nobody said he had a free pass for the season, people took issue with your post because it implied that he shouldn't be given any time and wouldn't be given time in other jobs. Your post was nonsense.

Norwood wasn't as bad as you have made out all match. He tried but the service really wasn't there. Even the Gills commentators thought he would never win anything against their defence with the service. Seems incredibly harsh to have turned on him today the way you have and I am far from his biggest fan.

Its not mistakes J2.

So many times today he passed the ball short. Then stood there hands on hips. I'll try get some clips later to show it. It wasnt just once or twice it was continuous all through the game.

I like nors and I think he can be integral at this level but you need your striker to be busting a gut to get to the area etc not walking around with hands on hips

Yes and I stand by that. It's a forum and hes the manager even Cook himself said as manager he takes the blame.

I was just surprised by the amount of free passes people were giving out. His job is to manage.

Had we won 5-1 people would have been all over him do it's fair if people want to say something else

I personally see it that hes tried to change it. We dont have the players to do what he wants and its gonna be a painful couple months. Not his fault but people are entitled to say what they like
