There is a section which can be built on but it's only a comparatively small area, from what I've been told.

It's the area used for overflow parking for U23 games. Think there is room for half a dozen largish (4/5 bedroom) houses, which is the likely outcome given the demographic.
The whole thing just might be a property transaction on Playford Road / Bent Lane.
