Yeah I know - not always a sensible way to spend your time, but anyhows.
If I were to get on my motorbike and go for a blast, like a proper blast, for arguments sake 40 mph over a speed limit - proper lost your license stuff...
Now forgetting all things CV - so let's say I was on my way to the shops - but I don't get caught. No police are around, no traffic cameras, no self incriminating youtube videos of me doing speeding (Yes, some people do post those)...so no crime is reported/recorded.
So my question - would I be a criminal? Would I have committed a crime? Did a crime even take place?
Just out (not to commit a crime) but interested in people's thoughts. Completely hypothetical as I wouldn't dream of riding 40 mph over a limit in case anyone is worried.

Doesn't bear thinking about to be honest. Luckily us sane and quality posters offset some of rabble and help bring the average up to mediocre. But I don't think they should thank us for it, am happy we do for the good of Twtd and admin's thanks are not needed. | |
