This guy lives and breathes the game, and had the knowledge and desire for continuous improvement to succeed. Love the continuous sharing of thoughts with subs who will come on. They need to be equally steeped into the game.
BUT, is this group of players bought into the energy and relentless nature of this manager??? Is this club ready to get some massive drive and momentum into the footballing side. |  |

So far it's not showing on the pitch. Players appear to have given up and the football we have played is worse since relegation. We were within a shout of Playoffs before he arrived and since then we have become a lot worse. Passion isn't coming through on the pitch so what is he doing wrong. Remember we have one of the best squads in the league according to the majority and he's a better manager than Paul Lambert according to most so why has this happened? |  |
