Just been handed a plate of steak and chips for lunch!

Unexpected but very grateful.

Think you have to mix it with the long dry stringy bits of a banana skin to get a buzz

In the salad days of my youth I knew someone who had claimed to get high by smoking tea leaves. Some careful cross examination brought out that he had put the tea leaves in a plastic tube and set light to the end of that (I have no idea what system of logic induced him to use a plastic tube instead of Rizlas) so the consensus was that he didn't get high, he was giving himself the effects of inhalation of toxic gas.

I did ingest a few ounces of nutmeg once. And I did get the nutmeg high but I would advise anyone trying it to have water handy as the effect of a gob full of nutmeg is like the cream cracker challenge. Everything gets too dry to proceed any further.

During a serious early 90,s weed shortage me an a couple of friends spent a desperate half an hour attempting to bong chamomile tea. No buzz, just an horrendous sore throat

I sometimes used to look at some of my friends in disbelief when they would suggest smoking different stuff out of desperation when everywhere was dry.

Didn't stop me joining them in trying though.

I have powdered nutmeg and some mace in the cupboard.

Don't s'pose that'll do?

And some allspice.

If you have enough nutmeg to fill a small paper bag then you are all set to go, if all you have is a Schwartz jar then save it for baking with.

TWTD Stage announcement

Uh, to get back to the, uh, the warning that I've received you may take it with how many however many grains of salt you wish, that the brown nutmeg that is circulating around us is not specifically too good. Uh, it's suggested that you do stay away from that, course it's your own trip, so be my guest, but, uh, please be advised that there is a warning on that one ok?

People seem to know that nutmeg works. I just don't feel it's experimental enough or quite in the spirit of the conversation. I wonder if you were to trade the allspice for a large swig of old spice an a night nurse chaser. Then search yer medicine cabinet for anything that may cause drowsiness or something that your advised to not operate machinery after taking may make for a more unique Sunday afternoon?
