I have only just considered today to explore the possibility of dual citizenship because of my late Maltese grandmother.
My mum is knocking on but after a quick scan I believe she is eligible, which may provide a link for me.

Alternatively, between Portugal and Scotland could land you in Cornwall, not a bad shout.
Portugal is a cool country, I really love Lisbon, and Porto to a lesser extent although still a very cool city. Not sure I could live there though.
Haggis is delicious BTW. There's a brand called Macsween and I can highly recommend them. The vegetarian one too, delicious. |  |

People seem to be saying the jabs are worse if you have had covid. Not sure whether that's just a rumour though. Mother was knocked for six and took a day off with flu-type symptoms after. | |

For it: wonderful people, fascinating history, climate, Valletta, Valletta harbour, Mdina. It’s a brilliant place. Always something to see and do or just chill out. I’d happily spend a good chunk of the year there. |  | | |
